How much weight can your picture hanging systems support?
Weight capacity varies by track and cable type. Our standard residential systems typically support up to 45 lbs per hook, while our heavy-duty industrial tracks can accommodate up to 150 lbs when properly installed into studs or masonry.
Do I need professional tools to install the tracks?
No specialized tools are required. Most systems can be installed using a standard power drill, a level, and a screwdriver. Each order includes a comprehensive installation guide and all necessary mounting hardware.
What is your shipping policy for long tracks?
Tracks over 4 feet are shipped via specialized carriers to prevent bending. We offer flat-rate shipping on most domestic orders, and tracking information is provided as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can the hanging cables be cut to size?
While stainless steel cables can be cut with heavy-duty wire cutters, we recommend using our nylon perlon cords for easy DIY adjustments. For a cleaner look, most customers simply coil excess cable behind the frame.
What is your return policy if the system doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized components in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut tracks or modified hardware are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are your systems compatible with slanted or vaulted ceilings?
Yes, we offer specialized sloped-ceiling connectors and stoppers that prevent the hanging cables from sliding, allowing you to create a level gallery display on any angled wall.
